How to manufacture professional core drill bits

Firstly we must have a super technical team.
On one hand, our team have rich technical accumulation; on another hand, our technical team must visit different markets to see the real market's requirments many times a year. According to the real requirments, we make the diamond segment's formula, adjust the semgent bond and diamond grit.

Secondly after we make the new diamond core bits according to the real market's requirments, we must test them thousands time to see the new tool's real performance, and to see its stability. As we known, the stability of diamond tool is very important. Keeping the premium stability is the standard service of our factory.

For example, when we develope a new core bit for wet drilling reinforced concrete, we usudally drill thousands of holes to see it and to compare it.

In our drilling testing, 400mm reinforced concrete, 4 pcs dia 16mm rebar, Weka DK32 drills, D82mm core bit, the drilling time of each hole is about 7 minutes which is a very fast speed; And it can drill more than 30 pcs this holes, total 12 meters, which is a very good life.
In particular, the drilling feeling is more relaxed, the drilling worker will be more comfortable in drilling working.
 
We also test ZENESIS and Arix core bit, the overall performance of our core bit is almost same as them, the life range and the drilling feeling is even better. But the price is much cheaper than ZENESIS and Arix, just about 1/3 of them.
 
Through thousands of holes being drilled each year, we testing and testing, improving and improving, no stop and keep improving all time, now we are glad to see that more and more professional partners are purchasing our core bits for their professional market.
